About the position:

In the role of warehouse administrator, all material in the company's picking warehouse is handled. It is a very independent and responsible job with a fast pace and a wide variety of tasks. The main tasks include labeling, ordering, picking goods, as well as administering and ordering transports. The position also involves documentation and a lot of communication with both internal and external personnel in the company. The position is located in Lund, and working hours will be during the day, possibly with one evening a week per month. The start is intended to be immediate.

Requirements for the position:

Experience from warehouse work or similar administration.
Good writing skills and knowledge of documentation.
Forklift license A1-A4, B1-B4.
Knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious:

Experience and knowledge of GMP.
Driving license B.
Knowledge of Office suite/business systems (preferably Jeeves).

Personal qualities:

Detail-oriented, responsible, and easy to collaborate with.
Quality over speed.
Willing to speak up if something unusual happens and works analytically and systematically.
Enjoys working in a small team.
